Funny, no sooner have the Iran - P5 negotiations in Turkey supposedly started/ended on a positive note than we start to hear about yet another "Karine-A" incident of a ship carrying Iranian arms found at sea, and yet another 'explosive' rehashing of an already discredited story about a supposed nuclear weapons test at Parchin.
Like I said, I'm just not all that optimistic about any sort of US-Iran breakthrough in the nuclear negotiations because there are forces that don't want any breakthrough.
What might be worth having a look at is if Alexander Varvarenko is connected to the MV Faina (or: Fajna), which transported Ukrainian T-72 tanks to Somalia (and from there to Sudanese rebels). I haven't found anything so far.
