Cyrus,
I am afraid my comment has no link with the topic in hand. In the view of IAEA's visit to the Qum facility this week, I felt some issues need be discussed. Given the increasing amount of negative publicity pointed against Iran by the western media with regards to any future reconciliation, I feel that the Iranian officials must be extremely careful in handing over a new platform to the western powers, lock stock and barrel. Should Iran give up it’s legal right of enrichment and hand over it’s stockpiles to the US and other western powers, they will undoubtedly enter onto a new platform upon which the world community will regard as norm, any future deviation from this would be deemed as Iran following the old “axis of evil” pattern once again.
