Not 1968? Condolezza Rice, the comedienne

I heard what was probably the funniest thing I have heard in a long time. It was Condolezza Rice on BBC saying something about Russia's invasion of Georgia to the effect of:

"This isn't 1968 when Russia can invade a country, occupy a capital, overthrow a government and get away with it"

Gee, Rice, isn't that EXACTLY what the US did in Iraq? And in Panama before that?
