Thomas McInerney, one of the Pentagon’s propaganda team of military analysts exposed by David Barstow in the NYT, openly called for the US to begin committing “tit-for-tat” terrorist attacks by proxy inside Iran.
McInerney: Here’s what I would suggest to you. Number one, we take the National Council for Resistance to Iran off the terrorist list that the Clinton Administration put them on as well as the Mujahedin-e Khalq at the Camp Ashraf in Iraq. Then I would start a tit-for-tat strategy which I wrote up in the Wall Street Journal a year ago: For every EFP that goes off and kills Americans, two go off in Iran. No questions asked. widely known as Saddam's mecenaries, MEK hardly rejects anybody who pays them to do things the Americans themselves are ashamed of engaging in. being removed or keot on the terrorist lists, MEK are terrorists and has not yet decided to forswear it because terrorism is rooted in its ideology. Gen. Thomas McInerney has to be reminded that those who play with snakes might be bitten by them since they are used to injecting their venom into whoever irritates them. and the Americans are not that kind of people to stay a sincere friend for long.

MEK and its propaganda crew appear regularly on Pentagon's beloved channel (Fox TV), spreading numerous venomous lies about Iran. They were also good friends of Saddam. Their leaders are constantly admired by the neocon ilk as patriotic Iranians. Forgive me, but they are well-paid whores and they are begging mercilessly to be recognized by Bush as the only alternative to the current Iranian regime.
